Shipping
All goods sold by BCD Kids are shipped to you via Australia Post's at a flat rate of $10.00.
Your order will be dispatch within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment in full. Please then allow 2-7 days for delivery, it may be longer for rural area. If your order does not arrive after 7 business days please Contact Us with the details.
Goods are legally the buyer's responsibility once they have been dispatched.

BCD Kids does not offer overseas shipping and only ships Australia wide.
Returns
The BCD Kids team strives to make sure that all our customers are happy, if you find that you are not 100% happy with your purchase please Contact Us and tell us why.
BCD Kids offers a 7-day return period from the date that you receive the goods, we do ask that you return the product in its original condition and in its original packaging and tags attached at your own postage cost. We also require that you include a copy of the receipt that you received with your order. We will either exchange the item, with no postage cost to send the item to you, or we will give you a store credit note excluding postage costs.
Items that have been washed or worn will not be exchanged or refunded.
If the product is faulty please Contact Us and we will work through the issue with you.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of underwear or swim wear.
The items in the "specials, clearance or Budget Busters" area cannot be exchanged or refunded

Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service department immediately.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations for products that have already been shipped.
