Is it safe to give out my credit card details on your website?
Absolutel, your payment transactions and our site are protected by a Rapid SSL ID 128 bit Encryption Security Certificate, security protocols, secure servers and firewalls and other technology and procedures used to protect consumer privacy. The SSL 128 bit Encryption technology is approximated to take at least one trillion, trillion years to break. However, we understand that some may feel uncomfortable giving out their credit card details online. We can still process your orders though, simply select call with credit card details as your payment choice and our contact details will be on your invoice for you to contact us with your credit card details.We can then sort it out over the phone at your convenience.
Can I have my order shipped to an address different to mine?
Yes, you have the facilities to save up to 5 addresses in your BCD Kids account for your convience. When sending an order just choose the address you would like it shipped to and we do the rest.
What happens if I’m not happy with the product?
BCD Kids offers a 7-day return period from the date that you receive the goods, we do ask that you return the product in its original condition and in its original packaging and tags attached at your own postage cost. We also require that you include a copy of the receipt that you received with your order. We will either exchange the item, with no postage cost to send the item to you, or we will give you a store credit note excluding postage costs.
